We strive to build the strength of the local movement ecosystem so that social movements can transform material conditions for Black, brown, poor, and working people to reflect the care, well being, and dignity all people deserve. People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager understands the complexities inherent to being a fiscal sponsor organization to community-based organizations, and balances MAP’s internal People Operations and culture work with HR administration and support for Sponsored Projects.

Financial Systems and Reporting Manager

The Financial Systems and Reporting Manager is responsible for oversight of MAP’s financial system and financial reporting functions. They will be the leading resource for financial systems maintenance and financial reports provided to program staff and leaders of the fiscally sponsored projects.

Director of Resource Mobilization

As the leader of MAP’s emerging Resource Mobilization program, the Director of Resource Mobilization seeks to share MAP’s capacities and connections to raise resources in ways that strengthen the fundraising for our programs, sponsored projects and collaborators.
